The Bible is God’s Word to us.
The Bible was written by human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. 2 Timothy 3:16-17; Hebrews 4:12
God is the creator and ruler of the universe.
He has eternally existed as Trinity (three in ONE): Father, Son, Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and are one God. Genesis 1:1; John 1:1-2; 1 Peter 1:2; 2 Corinthians 13:14
Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
Jesus lived a sinless human life, offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on the cross. He rose from the dead displaying His power over sin and death. He ascended to heaven to reign as King of kings and Lord of lords. John 3:16;Romans 6:1-10; 1 Cor. 15:1-8; 1 Thess. 4:13-18
The Holy Spirit is the Divine Counselor.
He is present in the world to both convict mankind of sin and to guide believers in daily Christ-like living. John 14:15-26
Human beings are made in the image of God, to be like Him in character.
We are made to know and love God and to reflect His perfect nature of love. And through Jesus we are being restored to the incorruptible image of God through a spiritual transformation process. Genesis 1:27; James 3:9
The church is the body of Christ on earth.
The church is empowered by the Holy Spirit seek and bring lost people to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Eph. 4:1-16; Mt. 28:18-20
Salvation is God’s free gift to us and we must accept it.
Accepting Jesus means; believing, repenting of sins, confession of faith, immersion (baptized - click here for info brochure) into Him and a transformed life. Acts 2:38; Eph 2:4-10; Romans 6:1-10, 10:8-10, 12:1-2
